A four month recap of my 1850s Philadelphia rowhome renovation
I bought my first house in July of 2024. The house dates back to 1850, and has major structural damage from years of termite activity. Follow along as I renovate the home, and dream of the day that I can finally move in!
Design
Having graduated from architecture school in 2021, I decided to do all the architectural design work myself. People outside of the industry might never had the opportunity to review a technical set of drawings, so I am excited to share the full architectural, and structural plan set.
